Conditions for Placing an Order

You must be of legal age to place an order.

Orders

Upon receipt of your order, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing the nature of the goods ordered, the total amount paid, and the delivery address.

Prices and Payment

All our prices are inclusive but do not include shipping costs. In accordance with Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code, VAT is not applicable.

We accept payments only via PayPal™, bank transfer, and checks drawn on French banks issued in euros. When paying with PayPal™, you may pay either using your credit card or your PayPal™ account, if you have one.

All invoices must be paid within 30 days from the invoice issue date. In the event of late payment, a late-payment penalty equal to three times the legal interest rate will be applied.

Furthermore, in accordance with Article D. 441-5 of the French Commercial Code, a fixed compensation fee set by decree in the amount of 40 euros will be due by operation of law from the first day of late payment, in addition to late-payment penalties.

Shipping

Dispatch Time

Unless otherwise stated, all orders will be dispatched within 15 days following receipt of payment. Typically, dispatch time is 1 to 3 business days.

Dispatch Delays

In the event of absence or extended dispatch times, notices informing customers of such delays are displayed on all pages of the website. Any order placed during a period of absence or extended dispatch time will therefore be delayed, and the 15-day dispatch period may not be invoked. During this extended period, the customer may cancel the order.

Delivery – Terms, Customer Absence and Non-Collection

Orders are delivered according to the delivery method selected by the customer at the time of ordering, either to the address provided by the customer or to a collection point when this option is offered and selected.

In the case of home delivery, if the customer is absent at the time of delivery or if delivery is impossible for reasons beyond the seller’s control (in particular, an unsuitable mailbox), the carrier may deposit the parcel at a nearby collection point or apply any other procedure provided for in its terms of carriage.

In the case of delivery to a collection point, the customer is required to collect the parcel within the time limit specified by the carrier.

In all cases, the customer is informed of the availability of the parcel according to the carrier’s procedures (delivery notice, electronic notification, or any other means).

If the parcel is not collected within the specified time limit and is returned to the seller, the customer may choose between a refund of the order (excluding delivery costs) or reshipment of the order at the customer’s expense, after payment of the new delivery costs.

This provision does not apply in the event of an error attributable to the seller or the carrier (incorrect address, failure to present the parcel, or a recognised malfunction of the delivery service).

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Damaged or Incorrect Order


You must inspect the condition of your order upon receipt. If the goods received are damaged or do not correspond to your order, please contact us promptly with a written description of the defects observed, together with photographs where possible.

If the goods or products are found to be defective, you will be offered a full refund, a partial refund (in the case of a partially defective order), or a replacement shipment of the defective items at no additional cost.

Right of Withdrawal and “30-Day Satisfaction or Refund” Guarantee

You have a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the items to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason. To do so, you may inform us of your decision by any clear means, in particular by copying and sending us the withdrawal form template provided below by email or postal mail.

The items must be returned in their original condition and complete, at your expense, within a reasonable time after notification of your decision. You will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of your return, including the initial delivery costs, where delivery has been carried out in accordance with the contract.

Initial delivery costs are not refunded in cases of non-collection of the parcel as described in the section “Delivery – Terms, Customer Absence and Non-Collection”.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer. No refund will be issued for products that are damaged, incomplete, or soiled.


Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, such as prints modified at the customer’s request or produced to order.

Disputes

If you have not been able to resolve your dispute after sending us a written complaint (by mail or email), dated, recalling the circumstances that gave rise to the dispute and what you are requesting, you may refer the matter to the consumer mediator designated below if you have received a negative written response from us or if you have not received a response within two months of sending your complaint.

Legal Liability

We disclaim all liability in the event that the delivered item does not comply with the legislation of the country of delivery other than France.

In particular, the legislation of certain countries prohibits the use, display, or importation of products bearing certain symbols (swastika, Nazi cross).

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform its obligations in the event of circumstances caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: strikes, terrorist acts, wars, issues affecting suppliers, transportation or production, exchange rate fluctuations, acts of public authorities, natural disasters.

The goods and products sold by Bravo Bravo Aviation are subject to copyright and must not be reproduced, published, or copied without our prior written authorization. Any violation of copyright will result in legal action.
