Conditions

You must be 18 years of age or older to order from Bravo Bravo Aviation.

Ordering

After receiving your order, we will send you a confirmation email recalling the nature of the goods, the total price and the delivery address.

Pricing and Payment

At this time, we only accept payments made via PayPal™ or by check (only French bank checks in euros). When paying your purchases with PayPal™, you can either pay by using your credit card or PayPal™ account if you own one.

All payments should be done within 30 days of the creation of the invoice. A penalty (corresponding to 3 times the legal interest rate) will be charged for late payments. As defined by Article D. 441-5 du Code du commerce, a 40€ fee will also be due for any late payment.

Shipping

Any goods ordered on the website will be shipped within 15 days maximum after receiving the payment. All goods are sent by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, unless specified otherwise.

Damaged or Incorrect Order

You must inspect your order upon receipt. If the goods you receive are damaged or do not match your order, please contact us promptly with a written description of the issue, along with photos of the defects if possible.

If the goods or products are found to be defective, you will be offered either a full refund, a partial refund (in the case of a partially defective order), or a free replacement of the defective items.

Cancellation and Return - "30-day Satisfaction guarantee"

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your items to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason. To do so, you may inform us of your decision by any clear means, for example by copying and sending us the withdrawal form template shown below by e-mail or post.

Items must be returned in their original condition and complete, at your expense, within a reasonable time after notifying us of your decision. You will be refunded within 14 days of receiving your return, including the original shipping costs. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer. No refund can be made for products that are damaged, incomplete or soiled.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, such as prints modified at the customer’s request or produced on order.

Legal Responsibility

We take no responsibility in the event that the delivered goods do not respect the legislation of the country of delivery other than France.

Notably, the use or display of the swastika is illegal in certain countries. By ordering any good which includes a swastika, you may be breaking your country's law.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of our obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, fire, breakdown of plant or machinery or unavailability of materials.
