Due to the current restrictions and in order to minimize our interactions and the risks to the general public, we have temporarily decided to ship our orders only twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays.

These shipping days might change depending on whether local post offices are open and/or new travel restrictions.

Please note that shipping times may also be longer than usual, depending on the status of each country's postal services.

Shipping and returns

Shipping

Our packages are typically sent within 12 to 48 hours after reception of the funds.

Orders are generally sent by priority mail with tracking, or an equivalent postal service, and delivered without signature.

If you wish your order to be delivered against signature, please contact us as this induces extra costs.

In all cases, we will send you the tracking number and link so that you can follow the delivery status of your order.

Our orders are sent in appropriate protective packages, to ensure that you receive them in perfect shape.

Delivery problems

Delays

The delays indicated on the website are provided by the carrier and can vary depending on destination and specific conditions. Please contact us after 12 days if your order still hasn't been delivered (4 days for France).

Damaged order

Our packages are designed to efficiently protect your order. In the unlikely event that your order has been damaged during delivery, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can take care of the problem. You will be given the choice between receiving your order again or obtaining a full refund.

Errors in the order

In the unlikely event that the products you receive do not match the ones you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible and indicate the invoice number ("Facture n°xxx") so that we can resolve the problem promptly.

14-day "Satisfaction guarantee"

You can return your order it with no justification within 14 days of its reception.

If you decide to do so, please contact us beforehand so that we can tell you how to do so. The products must be returned in their initial state. Damaged products will not be refunded. When we receive the returned products, we will reimburse the entirety of your order, shipping fee included. The return shipping fees are at the customer's charge and will not be refunded.

Please note that this does not apply to customized or custom-made products, such as prints modified at your request and custom-made prints.
