Free shipping conditions

Shipping is free for orders of 50.00€ or more, with the exception of orders to the USA and its territories.

Due to recent changes in customs regarding the USA, shipping to the USA follows these rules :

  • If your order only includes A5 and/or A4 prints, shipping cost to the USA is 12.00€, and free for orders of 50.00€ and more.
  • If you order includes A3 or XL/Panoramic prints, shipping cost to the USA is 35€, reduced to 17.50€ for orders between 50.00 and 150€, and free for all orders above 150.00€.

We apologize for this inconvenience, and hope to be able to offer lower shipping costs to our American customers as soon as possible.

Shipping

Our packages are typically sent within 12 to 48 hours after reception of the funds.

Orders are generally sent by priority mail with tracking, or an equivalent postal service, and delivered without signature.

If you wish your order to be delivered against signature, please contact us as this induces extra costs.

In all cases, we will send you the tracking number and link so that you can follow the delivery status of your order.

Our orders are sent in appropriate protective packages, to ensure that you receive them in perfect shape.

Delivery problems

Delays

The delays indicated on the website are provided by the carrier and can vary depending on destination and specific conditions. Please contact us after 12 days if your order still hasn't been delivered (4 days for France).

Damaged order

Our packages are designed to efficiently protect your order. In the unlikely event that your order has been damaged during delivery, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can take care of the problem. You will be given the choice between receiving your order again or obtaining a full refund.

Errors in the order

In the unlikely event that the products you receive do not match the ones you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible and indicate the invoice number ("Facture n°xxx") so that we can resolve the problem promptly.

30-day "Satisfaction guarantee"

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your items to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason. To do so, you may inform us of your decision by any clear means, for example by copying and sending us the withdrawal form template shown below by e-mail or post.

Items must be returned in their original condition and complete, at your expense, within a reasonable time after notifying us of your decision. You will be refunded within 14 days of receiving your return, including the original shipping costs. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer. No refund can be made for products that are damaged, incomplete or soiled.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, such as prints modified at the customer’s request or produced on order.
