Q: What are the print sizes in inches?

Q: Do you ship outside France?

A: Yes, we do. S&H for international orders is 7€. For orders over 50€, the S&H is reduced to 3.50€. For orders over 100€, the S&H is free.

All international orders are sent either by registered mail or priority mail with tracking*.

Q: What are the prices in US dollars and British pounds?

A: The prices will vary slightly according to the current exchange rate.

Based on a rate of 1.33 $ or 0.84£ for 1€ (as of Jan 19, 2013), the prices would be:

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept checks and Paypal payments.

We only accept French bank checks in euros.

For international orders we can only accept PayPal™ payments at this time.

Q: How are the drawings printed?

A: All of our prints are giclée prints on heavyweight matt paper (Tecco™ Digital Photo PM230™). We only use original Epson™ Claria™ inks to ensure your print will last as long as possible.

According to Epson, prints made with these inks should last up to 200 years if kept in an album and 98 years when framed. It is preferable to avoid leaving your print in direct sunlight.

Q: Do you accept commissions?

A: Yes, we do. If you want a print made of a specific aircraft, or if you want a specific layout or text, please . You will need to provide us with all relevant details concerning the aircraft you want depicted (pictures, details of external load, modifications, etc...).

Q: I'd like to change the look of a print. Is that possible?

A: Yes. If you want a print modified, please . Tell us what you want to change on the print (layout, text, insignias, etc.) and we will send you a preview of the modified print.

In most cases, there is no extra cost for modifying a print. However, if your request is complex and implies a lot of work, you may be asked to pay an extra fee.

Q: I'd like to have my order sent as a gift. Is that possible?

A: Yes. If you want your order sent to someone else as a gift, please . There is no extra cost to do this but we can only do this manually, which is why you need to contact us.

Your order can be sent to any address you specify. We will add a note to the order to let the recipient know that this a gift that was sent by you. The note can include a message from you to the recipient as well.

No indication of the price of the order will be included in the shipping. Instead, you will receive the invoice directly by email.
